  1. How many homes are in The Fairways? There are thirty-seven 4 unit buildings totalling 148 homes.
  2. What speed limit is observed in The Fairways? The speed limit observed in The Fairways is 25 mph. Drivers who are found to be going over the limit, will receive a warning notice, and may be cited/fined, by management.
  3. What are considered Common areas within the Fairways? The Common areas are the open land behind the community pool, guest parking areas, and the open spaces between the homes and street.
  4. Is there a pool in the Community? Yes, The Fairways Association has a pool located within the Community, near the front entrance. The Heron Bay Master HOA has two (2) pools avalible for use. One is located at the Commons Clubhouse and the other is located at the Plaza Del Lago Clubhouse.
  5. Where are the community mailboxes and how do I get my mail? The mailboxes are located in the cabana building in front of the community pool. You will need to use your mailbox key to retrieve your mail. Oversized packages will be either delivered to your door, or placed in the larger mail box areas, in the mailroom.
  6. Are there any pet restrictions? Yes, No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be permitted within the SUBJECT PROPERTY except for common household domestic pets. As regards cats and dogs, only 2 such pets if both weigh under 50 pounds, or one such pet if same weighs over 50 pounds, are permitted in any UNIT except with the written consent of the HOA, which may granted or withheld in the HOA's discretion.  No dog shall be kept outside of a UNIT, or in any screened-in porch or patio, unless someone is present in the UNIT. Any pet must be carried or kept on a leash when outside.Any resident shall immediately pick up and remove any solid animal waste deposited by his/her pet. There are two dog stations with disposal bags, located within the Community.
