Waste Pro is the City of Coral Springs exclusive trash and residential recycling service provider.

Weekly schedule:

Wednesday - Trash, Recycling, Bulk & Yard Waste Saturday - Trash Only (Holiday schedule may vary)

Bulk items may not be put out by the curb before 7:00pm on the Tuesday evening prior to pick up on Wednesday. Trash cans may be put out the night prior to pick up at 7:00pm and must be stored away by 7:00pm the day of pick up.

HERON BAY GATE ACCESS FOR GUESTS

KW Property Management will provide Heron Bay residents with Gate Access Procedures. All guests must be entered into the Gate Access System/App (ABDi) that is provided by the Heron Bay Community Association, Inc. in advance of arrival to the community. 

Guests can be entered into the system online at GateAccess.net, by downloading the App “GateAccess ABDi”, by voice server with PIN required at 954-345-3919 or by calling the Heron Bay Management office at 954-575-2200 and selecting option 2.

Heron Bay provides security rovers who are available to help residents and management address issues within the community.

KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING

KW is the property management company for Heron Bay. They have an office in the Plaza Del Lago Clubhouse. Staff is available to answer questions, assist in the completion of forms and set up meeting/event room reservations. Residents will also register, and be given Gate Access bar codes for their vehicle(s), at the PDL Clubhouse.

PLAZA DEL LAGO 

Plaza Del Lago (PDL) is the main Heron Bay Clubhouse, with a full size fitness center, basketball courts, resort style pool, jacuzzi and sauna, as well as meeting and event rooms. Resident's must scan their Heron Bay ID to enter. There is a receptionist at the front desk to assist you should you have any questions.

COMMONS CLUBHOUSE & TENNIS CLUB

The Commons Clubhouse is located on the northside of Heron Bay. There is a pool, jacuzzi, gazebo, fitness center, as well as meeting and event rooms, for more intimate sized gatherings. The Heron Bay Tennis Courts are adjacent to the Commons Clubhouse. Court times must be reserved in advance. A receptionist is available as you enter to provide any assistance you may require. Resident's must scan their Heron Bay ID to enter.
